 Beaumont Teams Up with Carrot!

Need an incentive to walk around the neighbor-hood?  Beaumont Health is encouraging area residents to 'step it up' by using the CARROT Health and Wellness app that will track steps on your mobile phone. What makes this program different are the incentives that can be earned for gifts cards as you meet your step goals. Your 'goal coins' can be used toward your favorite shopping cards or forwarded to your favorite charities.

The benefits of walking are well documented and now the incentives are even greater! You can find CARROT in your app store (or URL address provided in article below). Once logged in, swipe left to "BEAUMONT" tab to join the program. Click on the link below for more information.

     Association Annual Dues

Annual Dues in the amount of $100.00 for the Westwood Homeowners Association are due May 1, 2021. Your annual dues fund the landscaping and maintenance of our seven shared islands, entrance lighting, Westwood’s participation at the Beverly Hills Halloween Hoot, the annual Corn Roast in the fall and other neighborhood social activities that make Westwood a great place to live.  It is important that each household submit dues payments so we can stay within our budget and keep our dues at the same amount. Please contact our Treasurer, Jon Forsberg, if you need additional time to pay your dues because of financial hardship.

Please send your check to:
