Westwood Homeowners Association

The Westwood Estates Subdivision was approved by the Common Council of the Village of Beverly Hills at a meeting held July 18, 1963 and recorded with Oakland County in the Summer of 1963. The original certificate does not show the homes on Waltham Road which was later added to the existing subdivision.

Although our subdivision is now mature, our view for its future is energized. Some of the plans discussed by your Board and Committees include improving communication, beautification projects, more social opportunities for children and adults and greater emphasis on making Westwood Estates a great place to live. The latest improvements to the subdivision included the new entrance signage that were built in November 2017 with a special assessment paid by the residents. 

The Annual Meeting of the Westwood Homeowners Association is generally held  between June and September. In addition, the Board and Standing Committee members meet on a periodic basis.  The current members of the Board and Standing Committees are listed on the Contact Us page. Please send us your comments and concerns - it's a great place to live but it takes everyone's help to make it an even better place to live!

Annual Contribution in the amount of $100.00 for the Westwood Homeowners Association are due May 1. The annual contribution funds the landscaping and maintenance of our seven shared islands, entrance lighting, Westwood’s participation at the Beverly Hills Halloween Hoot, the annual Corn Roast in the fall and other neighborhood social activities that make Westwood a great place to live.

It is important that each household contribute so we can stay within our budget.
